Blue fish very common in our seas,
its white and delicate meat is much appreciated in the kitchen and makes it one of the most marketed blue fish.
The peculiarity of this product is the baking in the oven in a salt crust (coarse wholemeal sea salt) which preserves all the nutritional components,
which  they remain intact, protected by the crust that the salt forms around, sealing the fish, the latter
cooks in its own juices, preserving taste and aroma and keeping the meat white, soft and tasty.

Storage: 5 years from the date of production. Keep in a cool, dry place. After opening, store in the fridge at +2/4° C and consume within 3 days.
