They are aged in toasted chestnut wood barriques with coarse sea salt.
Once they are properly ripe, only the best fillets are selected,
rolled in rock capers and put into jars one by one in olive oil.
It is a versatile ingredient as it represents the perfect combination for the preparation of various tasty and original dishes.
Storage: 3 years from the date of production.
Keep in a cool, dry place.
After opening, store in the fridge at +2/4° C.
