Also called white tuna, it has excellent organoleptic characteristics.
Its meat is firm and compact with low fat content and good protein intake.
In Italy its favorite habitat is the warm waters of Sicily and Ionian Calabria but it can be found throughout the Mediterranean.
Its meat is pink and low in fat.
Cooked with the ancient method of boiling in water and coarse sea salt from Trapani, preserved in olive oil.

Storage: 5 years from the date of production. Keep in a cool, dry place.
After opening, store in the fridge at +2/4° C.
