There once existed a time when Monte Acuto was a mysterious fortress, a sort of atoll suspended over the sea, all around the profiles of the hills that the lined Scots pines made look like the crests of prehistoric beasts.
Monte Acuto becomes grappa, it also lends its name to it. It is from the selection of the best pomace of this territory that it takes shape. A tribute that the Berta family pays to the welcoming and generous place of Roero.
The result, a precious distillate.
