VARIETY OF GRAPES USED
Pomace of Sangiovese grapes coming from specialized vineyards located around the Poggio alle Mura Castle, which the zoning studies conducted in the company have highlighted as particularly suitable and, for this reason, used for the planting of the first vines coming from the clonal selection studies begun in 1982.

DESCRIPTION
Color: clear, golden.
Aroma: pleasant floral and fruity notes enriched by hints of vanilla, wood and spices.
Taste: soft, complex bouquet that reflects the sensations felt on the nose, with a pleasant note of acacia honey in the finish.

TECHNICAL NOTES
The quality of the raw material, combined with the extremely accurate traditional processing method, give the product unique characteristics.
Alcohol: 45% vol.
