Brunello di Montalcino.
The relative pomace, fermented after "drawing off", is transferred to the distillery in order to preserve its richness in alcohol and aromatic substances.
TECHNICAL NOTES
Production technique: It is obtained from steam distillation, with the classic double distillation system of the fragrant Brunello di Montalcino pomace. These pomace maintain all the characteristics of the wine from which they come, and having been subjected to long maceration they are rich in alcohol and perfumes. The quality of the
raw material, combined with the extremely accurate traditional processing method,
give the product unique characteristics.
Alcohol: 45% vol.
