HARVEST TECHNIQUE: Hand picking.
EXTRACTION SYSTEM: Crushing within 12 hours of harvesting, continuous extraction and separation for centrifuge, natural decanting and decanting.
FILTERING: Not performed.
AROMA: Subtle but persistent almond smell.
TASTE: Strong fruity with notes of bitter almond and slightly spicy on the finish.
APPEARANCE: High density oil with a golden yellow colour.
USE: In vegetable soups and all vegetable-based dishes meat.
