Dehulled legumes are produced with a particular process that allows the delicate removal of the external layer to make them lighter, more digestible and quicker to cook. Select hulled peas are obtained from the hulling of dried green peas grown in Italy.

Hulled dried peas.
STORAGE
Store in a cool place and dry
PREPARATION
Rinse the peas and cook them in plenty of water over a moderate heat for about 40 minutes from the start of boiling. The use of a pressure cooker is not recommended. Salt should be added at the end of cooking.
