Nuova Terra Bio Quinoa is a food particularly endowed with nutritional properties: a real boost of fiber and vegetable proteins! Suitable for any type of diet, it can be immediately cooked in the pan without soaking.

INGREDIENTS: ORGANIC QUINOA
4 PORTIONS - 300GR

IN POT
cook for 15-20 minutes, with a lid and over a low heat, one part of the cereal with two parts of water so that the liquid is completely absorbed while preserving the properties of the cereal.
If necessary, prolong the cooking slightly by adding a small amount of water boiling. It is advisable to add salt when cooking is almost complete so that the grains remain tender.

IN A PRESSURE COOKER
reduce cooking times and liquids by about half.

We recommend rinsing the product with running water before use and lightly toasting it, stirring the cereal for 2/3 minutes if desired.
