Dehulled legumes are produced with a particular process that allows the delicate removal of the external layer to make them lighter, more digestible and quicker to cook.
Thanks to these characteristics they are particularly suitable for weaning, in infant nutrition and for those suffering from gastro-intestinal disorders. Select hulled chickpeas are obtained from the hulling of chickpeas grown in Puglia, Sardinia and Molise.

Store in cool, dry place
PREPARATION
Wash the chickpeas and cook them in plenty of water for about 55 minutes after boiling.
In a pressure cooker, 20 minutes are enough from the start of the whistle.
Salt should be added at the end of cooking. Times may change depending on experience and personal taste.
