GINACRIA SICILIAN DRY GIN 

In the shadow of the Etna volcano, nourished by the heat of the lava and the ash of the lapilli, a mythological juniper is born, the basic ingredient and sole botanical of Hemisphaerica. The generous and sacred berries of Juniperus communis, carefully collected and selected, sing a lively and spontaneous solo, the stamp of the hemisphaerica subspecies, native to Sicily.

Our gin has a special balsamic, resinous and wild smell, captured in all its fullness by cold distillation. Hemisphaerica gives its best in cocktails where gin is the main ingredient, but it can be enjoyed neat to fully appreciate its softness and persistence in the mouth.
