The white chocolate cream owes its color to the absence of cocoa while maintaining a strong flavour, particularly loved by the little ones
Ingredients: sugar, oils (sunflower, rapeseed, soy and coconut) and non-hydrogenated vegetable fats (palm, palm kernel and cocoa butter), skimmed MILK powder, WHEY powder, CREAM powder, maltodextrin, vegetable fiber (alpha cyclodextrin), emulsifier: sunflower and SOY lecithins (E322), flavourings.
Shelf life: 18 months from production
Uses: For filling desserts
to spread on bread, croissants, etc.
