Not only of taste, because this cream has a notable component of tactile enjoyment. We work pistachio, cane sugar, extra virgin olive oil. We don't need anything else to make this cream, which will be hard not to eat by the spoonful. If you manage to resist the temptation, breakfast becomes its kingdom: it can be used for breakfast, on a toasted bread, on a croissant, on a shortbread. Everything is enriched by its sweet taste, enlivened by a savory hint, wrapped in a creaminess given by vegetable fats only. If they aren't breakfasts, they will be snacks, or pastry preparations, garnishes, fillings. The opportunities for use are endless and limited only by the desire to experiment.
