Puglia, land of sun and hospitality, rich in art and history thanks to the civilizations that have come and gone, leaving precious testimonies: medieval castles, baroque cathedrals and Romanesque. A varied coastline, with sheer cliffs and golden beaches, and the suggestive Tremiti islands. Wheat and olive trees characterize the landscape of the Apulian lands and offer excellent products such as EVO oil, Altamura bread, fresh pasta orecchiette and Apulian taralli. The most well-known typical dishes are orecchiette with horse meat ragout or with turnip greens, chicory with fava bean puree and cavatelli with mussels. The gastronomic delicacies are accompanied by the wines of the Negroamaro and Primitivo vines which give life to the Primitivo di Gioia del Colle and Primitivo di Manduria, to the Salice Salentino and the Castel del Monte.
