Modica PGI pistachio chocolate is produced with traditional methods that date back to the 18th century. Processing is still done by hand today, following a recipe handed down from generation to generation. The result is a chocolate with a grainy consistency, an intense and decisive flavour, which melts in the mouth, offering a unique sensorial experience.
Pistachio, one of the main ingredients of this chocolate, has been cultivated for centuries in Sicily and gives gives the product a unique and precious aroma. Each Modica PGI pistachio chocolate bar is produced with the highest quality ingredients and without the use of preservatives, additives or emulsifiers.

Ingredients: minimum 50% cocoa. Cocoa mass, cane sugar, pistachios 10%. May contain traces of nuts
(Almonds, Hazelnuts, Walnuts).
