Modica Chocolate (in local dialect ciucculatta muricana) is a very particular type of chocolate typical of the place.
Unlike normal chocolate, Modica chocolate appears grainy and crumbly, thanks to its sugar crystals. It is also prepared in different flavours, always recalling the true aromas of Sicily.

STORAGE METHOD
