Modica PGI chocolate is produced only with high quality ingredients, including cocoa of controlled origin, cane sugar and sea salt. The strictly artisanal production process involves the use of lava stones to process the cocoa paste, which is then mixed with the other ingredients and subsequently melted and cooled.
The result is a very high quality chocolate , with an intense and enveloping flavour, which delicately melts in the mouth.
The sea salt gives the chocolate a salty note which further enhances its richness of aromas and flavours.
Ingredients: minimum 50% cocoa. Cocoa mass, cane sugar, Trapani fleur de sel 0.2%. May contain traces of nuts (Pistachio, Almonds, Hazelnuts, Walnuts).
