This fine chocolate is produced exclusively with the best cocoa from South America, combined with the sweetness of the pomegranate, a typical fruit of the Sicilian region. The processing takes place following ancient techniques handed down through generations, which involve artisanal processing at low temperatures to preserve the flavor and unique consistency of this product.
The Modica PGI Melagrana chocolate can be enjoyed alone or accompanied to a good glass of red wine,
but also used as an ingredient for sweet or savory preparations.

Ingredients: minimum 50% cocoa. Cocoa mass, cane sugar, natural pomegranate flavor 0.2%. May contain traces of nuts (Pistachios, Almonds, Hazelnuts, Walnuts).
