ORGANOLEPTIC PROFILE
The bright straw yellow color with greenish reflections is a prelude to a nose with aromas of peach and acacia flowers, and white pulp fruit, in particular rennet apple and peach. On the palate it is toned and fresh, sparkling and enveloping, with an extremely fine perlage that prolongs the richness of the gustatory and aromatic sensations over time and space.
FOOD COMBINATIONS
Excellent aperitif wine, it goes ideally with tasty appetizers but can also very well accompany dishes of shellfish and fine fish.
