The Frappato Spumante di Santa Tresa is the first example of organic sparkling Frappato Rosè produced in Sicily.
Grapes: 100% Frappato.
Harvest: we harvest the grapes in the first days of September, when the grapes reach the perfect balance of sugars and acidity necessary for the production of a sparkling wine. The grapes are harvested by hand in small boxes, refrigerated for around 48 hours to reduce the temperature of the grapes to around 8-10°C.
Vol.12.5%.
Contains sulphites.
