This special blend, thanks to the presence of Sauvignon Blanc, gives this sparkling wine particular and very pleasant aromas and flavours. Pale straw yellow colour, excellent fine and persistent perlage.
Fragrant aroma characterized by a pleasant hint of peach. In the mouth you can appreciate the harmony between softness on the palate and acidity.

Sauvignon Blanc and Chardonnay.

Fermentation: according to the Charmat Method at a controlled temperature (16-18°) in steel vats
