PRODUCTION AREA: Production areas of sparkling wines in Veneto and Trentino.
VARIETY: Blend of white grapes.
VINIFICATION: Extra Dry Cuvée obtained from white vinification, after which the wine receives fermentation according to the Charmat method.
ALCOHOLIC CONTENT: 11% vol.
ORGANOLEPTIC DESCRIPTION: It has a delicate straw yellow colour, and a characteristic aroma of small white flowers, honey and wild apple. It has a dry and lean flavor with the right level of acidity. Medium-bodied, it has a subtle and intense perlage.
FOOD PAIRINGS: It is an extremely versatile wine, the ideal choice for making aperitifs and parties unique, as well as paired with delicate finger foods such as, for example, watermelon and goat's cheese or mini salmon cheesecakes.
