DESCRIPTION
Typical grape variety from lower Piedmont, an area of great vocation for Moscato Bianco. Obtained with the pressure fermentation method in large containers (Charmat method), at low temperature and in the presence of selected yeasts, at in order to allow a more accurate fermentation. The fermentation is interrupted by cooling to maintain an adequate sugar residue, equal to approximately 10%.
