Ribolla Gialla Sparkling Wine 75 cl Colutta
Vinification: early harvest to obtain a sparkling wine base with good acidity and not too high alcohol content, soft pressing, fermentation at a controlled temperature (around 17°C) with the addition of selected yeasts which favor the development of the characteristic aromas and aromas . The "base" thus obtained is then used for the second fermentation in an autoclave according to the DOC Friuli regulations.
Light straw yellow colour. Fine and persistent perlage. Elegant, floral aroma, yeast and bread crust. Delicate, aromatic, round flavour. Excellent as an aperitif, fresh, summery, it goes well with fish-based appetizers or throughout the meal with delicate dishes. Serve at 8-10°C.
