TYPE: Dry sparkling wine
VARIETY: Muller Thurgau, Pinot Gris, Muscat Petit Grains, Petit Rouge
COLOUR: Straw yellow with coppery reflections, fine and persistent perlage.
BOUQUET: It is immediately of good intensity, fragrant with white floral scents first, then sage, thyme and lavender. The fruity tones are delicate and fine in hints of peach, pink grapefruit and rennet apple.
FLAVOUR: In the center of the tasting, the minerality takes over, albeit delicately, proposing a clear sensation of citrus in the finish.
PAIRING: Aperitif wine to try with fried vegetables in batter, boiled salamella.
Serving temperature: 8/12 °C.
