Prosecco Rosè DOC 75 cl Mionetto
Grapes: Glera and Pinot Noir.
Vinification: Sparkling wine obtained from Glera grapes and from the red vinification of Pinot Noir, which gives the cuvèe its suggestive rosé colour, sparkling winemaking with the Charmat method and refinement on the yeasts in an autoclave for 60 days they enhance the primary and secondary aromas.
Vol. 11%.
Serving temperature: 6- 8 C°.
Sparkling wine throughout the meal, excellent from an aperitif to finger food, up to an Italian style lunch, particularly based on molluscs, crustaceans and crudités of sea. Also ideal with fish-based risottos.
Contains sulphites.
