SENSORY / EMOTIONAL PROFILE
This is a sparkling wine that combines elegance and complexity, immediate pleasantness and sensorial depth.
The intense straw yellow color and the fine and persistent perlage are a prelude to a rhythmic and vibrant nose, characterized by fragrant aromas of white pulp fruit enriched by hints of dried fruit and medicinal herbs.
On the palate it is enveloping and dynamic thanks to freshness and flavor capable of supporting and prolonging the aromas of crunchy fruit already perceived on the nose.
FOOD COMBINATIONS
Aperitif par excellence, it accompanies appetizers and first courses based on fish and vegetables, both simple and characterized by succulent seasonings. To be tried on exotic cuisine dishes.
