SMELL: It has interesting fruity notes, where you can recognize white peach, banana and fruit exotic, with predominant grapefruit and orange blossom.
PALATE: In the mouth, great balance between harmony and acidic, pleasant and intriguing notes.
FOOD PAIRINGS: Considering it an understatement among hors d'oeuvres; in reality it accompanies most dishes, from fish to white meats. Ideal companion for crudités and sushi, it is enhanced with oysters. To drink at 6° C.
