DESCRIPTION
Wine obtained from Nero D'Avola and Frappato grapes vinified in white.
GRAPES
60% Nero d'Avola and 40% Frappato.
HARVEST PERIOD< br/>The harvest is carried out manually in small boxes at the end of August.
MATURATION
The alcoholic fermentation is carried out at a controlled temperature of 14 degrees.
FINING
In steel for 8 months until the draft. Refermentation in the bottle and rest on the yeasts for at least 22 months.
