Neblu Brut Nature Metodo Classico Rose 75 cl Les Cretes
Vine variety: Rosé, international black grape variety 60%, Neblu 40% (native black grape variety)
Winification: Cryomaceration in the press for 12 hours and subsequent soft pressing, fermentation at controlled temperature (14 °C ) of 12 days. Sparkling winemaking with the Classic Method and aging "sur lies" for 30 months.
Sensory notes: brilliant, antique pink. Fine and persistent perlage, fruity nose with hints of cherry, currant and small red fruits; bread crust at the end. Dry, fresh and savory in the mouth, with a persistent finish.
Serving temperature: 6/8 °C.
Curiosity: Neblu is an indigenous Aosta Valley black grape variety and is traditionally vinified as red wine . Since 2005 Les Crêtes has started making sparkling wine, giving life to a unique classic method.
