Our Pét - Nat (Pétillant Naturel) has become a comet classic, thus becoming an integral part of the line.
Pét - Nat is the original form of sparkling wine, the must is bottled during fermentation, making each bottle unique.
MUS XXII is composed of Moscato Giallo (70%), Souvigner Gris (28%) and Manzoni Bianco (2%). The Moscato Giallo remained on the whole bunch for one night, the Souvigner Gris was vinified in a classic way and the Manzoni Bianco was macerated for two weeks.

Whole bunch fermentation. Blended at the end of September, fermentation in the bottle and contact with the yeasts for approx. 7 months. Degorgement in mid-April.
Alcohol: 11% vol.
Residual sugar: 0.5 g/l
Acidity: 5.8 g/l
Contains sulphites.
