The Manzoni Rosa Spumante Extra Dry is an excellence of our cellar. Incrocio Manzoni Rosa 1.50 is the result of the studies of Prof. Luigi Manzoni who hybridized Trebbiano and Traminer Aromatico in his experimental vineyard. The result is a medium bunch with pale pink berries from which we make a rare and unconventional rosé wine, with a very fine bubble and intense citrus notes, atypical for other rosés.
