BLENDING From 80% Chardonnay, 20% Pinot Noir grapes harvested at perfect ripeness on the oldest internal and external moraines of the Lake facing South, South-West.
VIEW: White foam and bright effervescence indicating excellent maturation on the yeasts. Of a very delicate, soft light pink, with an almost imperceptible hint that over time can give a barely faded shade of pink.
BOUQUET: The bouquet is clear, fresh and essential. Aromas of small wild red fruits, currants and raspberries, are accompanied by nuances of citrus peel.
FLAVOUR: Elegant in its harmony, fleshy and extremely tasty. Wide in taste and structure, it maintains excellent fragrance and freshness.
SERVING TEMPERATURE 4 - 6 °c.
