Luna di Notte Charmat Method Sparkling Wine 75 cl Cantina Cellaro

Vineyards: Nerello Mascalese is the ambassador wine of Sicily. The grapes are carefully selected from good yielding vineyards. Good exposure to the sun allows us to have grapes rich in aromas and flavors.
Winemaking: After selection, the grapes are pressed and destemmed. The must undergoes a short cold maceration. After static clarification, the must is fermented in stainless steel tanks at 16-18°C. After 3 months of aging on the yeasts, the base wine is fermented in small stainless steel autoclaves (prise de mousse) following the Charmat method.
Sensory characteristics:
The wine has a bright straw yellow color with an elegant and persistent perlage. On the nose it presents complex aromas, with hints of green citrus fruits and floral notes. On the palate it is elegant, mineral and well balanced.
Serving temperature:
8-10°C.
