Lemoss Unfiltered Sparkling Rosé IGT Trevenezie 75 cl Ca di Rajo
Lemoss represents the history of sparkling wine in Treviso, well before sparkling wine began to be produced with the Martinotti/Charmat method. Lemoss (from the Treviso dialect "le moss", "it is moved") is a sparkling wine refermented in the bottle, without added sugars, produced with white and red grapes and selected yeasts. The rosé version is fresh and fragrant, perfect as an aperitif and light vegetable and shellfish dishes. The production method is defined as ancestral and does not involve filtering.
