ASSEMBLY 80% Chardonnay, grapes harvested at perfect ripeness on the oldest external moraines facing South, South-East and 20% Pinot Noir facing South, South-West.
VIEW: Very fine and unusual perlage, with well-distributed chains to form the density of the crown. The delicately powdery shade amplifies and makes the antique pink color shiny.
BOUQUET: It manifests itself as a complex of well-ripe red fruit, strawberries, currants and wild peach.
Citrus and floral notes of peony and cyclamen. Wide in the sweetness of the ripeness of the small fruits and freshly picked white flowers.
FLAVOR: Refined texture and sustained, clearly evident crunchiness. Lightness and thickness converge in extraordinary elegance. Full energy to support excellent liveliness. On the palate it highlights aromatic purity and a typical and delicate flavor.
