ASSEMBLY From Chardonnay grapes from Lake Garda facing the sunrise, harvested at perfect ripeness on the oldest external moraines exposed to the South, South-East.
VIEW: Very fine and slow perlage, with a continuous and well-expressed crown. Crystalline pale yellow with excellent greenish reflections.
BOUQUET: Citrus fruits and ripe fruit from the high hills are well present, giving crunchiness and freshness. White flowers and light pomegranate.
FLAVOR: Complex, intense and up to 4/4 long. Excellent persistence, extraordinary freshness and flavor. Live acidity as a prerequisite for safe longevity.
