Etna Extra Brut Rosè Classic Method 1,5 lt in Murgo wooden box
Nerello Mascalese has great potential for the production of classic method sparkling wines. Prolonged aging on the yeasts brings greater aromatic complexity, great length and very fine foam. Over the years, acidity balances with softness, generating harmony and making dosage superfluous.
