Tasting notes
The wine has a straw yellow color with a very fine, intense and persistent perlage. The aroma is strong and fresh, with hints of jasmine, citrus, apricot and a fragrant nuance of bread crust and yeast. On the palate it is round, elegant and mineral, with a long and persistent finish.

Pairings
Excellent as an aperitif in combination with sushi and fish-based starters.
