THE GRAPES
Native and international white grape varieties.
VINIFICATION AND SPARKLING SPARKLING
The vinification is "white" (immediate separation of the skins from the must) and the fermentation takes place at controlled, with selected yeasts.
ORGANOLEPTIC NOTES
Minimal, tight and persistent perlage. Fine and well expressed aroma, with a clear fragrance of bread crust and pleasant hints of apple and green laurel leaf. Dry, full, savory and clean flavour, very elegant, long-lasting.
FOOD COMBINATIONS
As an aperitif and with all delicate foods (excluding pastries).
ALCOHOL: 12.5%
