The Bellei Extra Cuvée Brut Rosso is the result of continuous studies, research and experience in the production of the Classic Method.

Produced exclusively with Lambrusco di Sorbara grapes.
Tasting: The perfume develops an intensity of fruity hints of strawberry and hedge blackberry, with an elegant violet fragrance. The foam is colorful and compact, with fine and persistent perlage. On the palate it is fresh and quite tannic, full-bodied, with good softness.

It has a pale ruby red colour.
Pairings: Due to its versatility it can be served throughout the meal. It is perfect with tortellini and other Emilian first courses. Ideal with cured meats, zampone and cotechino.

It goes well with cheeses and dry pastries.
