The Bellei Extra Cuvée Brut Rosé is the result of continuous studies, research and experience in the production of the Classic Method, paying the utmost attention to every detail of production.
Produced in limited quantities exclusively with Pinot Noir (70%) and Chardonnay (30%) grapes.
Tasting: The aroma develops an intensity of hints of white peach, unripe banana and yeasts.
The foam has dense, persistent bubbles. On the palate it has excellent flavor with maximum persistence, notable balance and softness, of very fine quality. It has a pale pink, bird's eye color.
Pairings: To enhance the tasting of seafood appetizers, lobsters, salmon, prawns.
With processed fish dishes.

With desserts decorated with fruit.
