Brut Rosè Classic Method Sparkling Wine 75 cl Lungarotti
Grapes: Pinot Grigio and Sangiovese trained with spurred cordon and harvested between the end of August and the beginning of September;
planting density: 4,000-5,000 plants/ha; yield: 80 quintals/ha on average.
Colour: clear and bright onion skin, with very fine and persistent perlage.
Aroma: persuasive and fragrant: reminiscent of bread crust, wisteria and rose and followed by a delicate hazelnut note.
Taste: vibrant freshness and a decidedly almond tone, with delicate and highly persistent foam; enveloping progression, with a light mineral touch in the aftertaste.
Alcohol: 12.50% Vol.
Consumption: serve at 8°-10°C.
Pairing: very fine pink bubbles for an aperitif very topical or to continue throughout the meal. Perfect with smoked salmon, beef carpaccio, fois gras terrine, pizza, sushi,
sashimi and tempura.
Contains sulphites.
