from which derive elegant and well-structured, balanced and persistent wines.

Martinotti method.

TASTING NOTES
Fine and persistent perlage, brilliant straw yellow colour.
The nose recalls exotic and citrus scents.
In the mouth it reveals an acidic vein that makes it fresh and balanced.
PAIRINGS
Ideal as an aperitif, it goes perfectly with appetizers,
fish dishes and grilled friends .
Serve at 4-6°C.
