Bollenere interprets the bubbles from Nerello Mascalese in a modern and versatile key. It is a very fresh brut sparkling wine with a unique flavour,
ideal to be enjoyed in company.
SOIL
Vineyards located in the highest areas of the eastern slope of the volcano, on sandy soils of lava origin,
with large temperature differences between day and night.

Vinification: according to the white vinification technique, the whole bunch is softly pressed.
After the must is clarified, the first fermentation takes place at low temperatures. The second fermentation takes place with the Italian method.
