ORGANOLEPTIC PROFILE
Pale pink color with peach reflections , fine and persistent perlage, is expressed with fruity notes of raspberry and sweet spices wrapped in pleasant hints of yeast. On the palate it unfolds elegant and dynamic, with the graceful freshness and delicate creaminess that make the aromas of small berries and aromatic herbs persistent.
FOOD COMBINATIONS
Intriguing as an aperitif, it goes well it pairs well with fish starters, particularly if pink in colour, such as salmon, prawns and scampi, offering its best even on an entire meal with elaborate seafood dishes. Interesting on oriental cuisine dishes and in general on spicy dishes.
