ORGANOLEPTIC PROFILE
Bright straw yellow colour, perlage very fine and persistent, fruity aromas with a balanced note of yeast.
The taste is fresh, dry, with excellent persistence, with a nice aftertaste of dried fruit.
FOOD COMBINATIONS
Classic as an aperitif, it also goes well with light appetizers and an entire meal based on seafood recipes that are not particularly elaborate.
