Organoleptic description:
Straw yellow with delicate golden reflections. Fine and persistent bubbles.
On the nose, ripe yellow peach and delicate hints of bread crust, with a dominant hint of dried fruit, walnut and almond. The wine is full-bodied on the palate
and all the characteristics of the Greco grape can be recognised, such as freshness and flavour.
In the finish, an intertwining of orange and bitter almond.

Pairing:
The wine is sufficiently structured to be drunk with complex fish dishes, as well as delicate white meats. Also ideal with our traditional pizza.

Serving temperature: 8 – 10 °C
