Capers in Salt 170 gr Conserve Conti
The Conserve Conti salted capers of our artisanal production are suitable for various uses in the kitchen. Soaked and appropriately desalted, they can be added to delicious salads, they can also be used as a garnish ingredient for fish main courses, or to enrich the seasoning of "cold" pasta. You can try them together with black olives, tomato puree and oregano to make inviting slices of chicken pizzaiola.
Ingredients: capers (capparis spinosa) 70%, salt 30%.
