The wine line is called “Baiti” and is dedicated to the rural context of the Cembra Valley and its artefacts that dot the mosaic of the vineyards;
each variety corresponds to the representation of its "Bait" built there in ancient times as a residence, refuge or agricultural warehouse depending on the distance from the town of Cembra.
